Concepts in Mental Health and Resilience offers private counselling for individuals and small groups. Our therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic theory, cognitive theory, client-centered therapy, and holistic therapy to help our clients manage their problems and build mental health resilience.We strive to support individuals and families throughout their wellness journey by empowering them to reach for their goals and work towards continued resiliency. Our online or in-person counselling and psychotherapy services are helpful for individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, stress/burnout, addictions, and family counselling. Services are available for individual sessions, small group counselling and workshops.

Online Program Delivery 

Art journaling is a versatile tool for inspiring creative self-expression in children and youth. At Concepts in Mental Health and Resilience, we use therapeutic art journaling as an early intervention to identify, assess, and treat anxiety, depression, and other mental/emotional problems. 


Our 5-week online program includes an art kit complete with everything your young person needs to begin their art journaling journey. This program is delivered via our secure online Telehealth platform in a small group setting.
